FIRST GENERATION

1. Joseph Lee GARNER was born on 5 Oct 1937 in Hastings, Barry County, Michigan/USA.
Lived the first ten years in Hastings, Michigan. Moved to Sanford, Michigan and was educated in the Meridian and Midland School system. Had post high school education at Delta Community College. Worked for Dow Chemical Company 39 years first as a Chemical Operator, then Laboratory Technician, and the final 24 years as a Research Chemist. Wrote many research papers and authored 14 U.S. Patents. Joe had many hobbies including gardening, computing, genealogy, woodworking, golf, bowling, photography, and beekeeping to name a few.
