The cost of a RadioShack Service plan is often less than the cost of a single repair. Service is provided as often as needed during the term of your plan.

Most repairs and services are performed by professionally certified RadioShack technicians at centers located throughout the country.

Unlike some service plans, the RadioShack Service Plan covers both the cost of most parts as well as most labor for the entire term of the plan; there are no deductibles. While your plan is active, if you ever experience problems due to manufacturer defects in material and/or workmanship, the RadioShack Service Plan has you covered.

When you purchase a wireless handset covered by a RadioShack Service Plan, coverage will automatically include up to three qualified wireless accessories purchased on the same ticket.

For most products, you can simply drop it off at your neighborhood RadioShack. Once repairs are complete, the product will be returned to the store where you can pick it up at your convenience.

Service coverage for standard CRT computer monitors (17” or smaller) is provided at no additional cost when you purchase the monitor on the same sales ticket with a new CPU covered by a RadioShack Service Plan. Some monitors are excluded from automatic coverage, so ask your sales associate for details.

If you plan to sell or give away the covered product, the RadioShack Service Plan will transfer to the new owner. A nominal fee may apply.
