(EC Trade and Competition Law) administrative proceedings before national competition authorities and/or the European Commission regarding alleged infringements of EC law in general, and competition law, in particular (e.g. cartels and other restrictive agreements, abuses of dominant position, state aids); merger control filings, including the preparation and follow-up of notifications, challenging proposed transactions on behalf of interested parties and coordinating complex multi-jurisdictional merger control assignments; the assessment of state aids and all types of agreements and contracts from the point of view of national and EC trade and competition law; and the organisation and delivery of tailored competition law compliance programmes, including seminars and courses on such topic addressed to executives;
(IT/C Law) all types of contracts and agreements related to interconnection, outsourcing and/or commercialisation of electronic communications services; miscellanea regulatory issues related to the Spanish current IT/C legal framework, including the preparation of all the documents necessary to obtain the relevant authorisations; due diligence processes regarding the supply and financing of telecommunications equipment. |
