| 1. Who wrote this book? Moses. 2. Why was this written? Genesis tells how God created the universe and human beings. 3. What do we learn about God? God created all things. God loves people but will punish sin. 4. Who is important in the book? Adam, Eve, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph. 5. Where did this happen? Genesis 1-11: happend in Mesopotamia. Genesis 12-36: happend in canaan. The rest took place in Egypt. 6. How many chapters are there? There are 50 chapters. |
