| The JVC will help fund AIDS education by fundraising during the month prior to MU-JERES' project to help fight AIDS in Ghana, Africa. Josai Middle School students will take part in the Five Yen campaign to help fundraise with the JVC. Students will learn about HIV/AIDS and participate in the Red Ribbon campaign while focusing our attention on AIDS in AFRICA with a class competition fundraiser. All of the money raised will be donated towards AIDS education in Ghana with the MU-JERES organization. Students will string together five yen coins each morning of the 9 day fundraiser. The class with the most coins will be featured on the upcoming website about the MU-JERES AIDS project. |
