I am a prisoner:

I am held captive by a society that expresses it's displeasure with the individual's sense of self by shackling the sprit, enslaving the will, and generally setting all number of obtuse obstacles in my way.

As long as there is breath in my body I, alone if necessary, will struggle, toil, against the unseen forces that plague my everyday existence.

I may not be victorious.

I may never even succeed in seeing the TRUE face of my enemy... but, by not giving up, by not surrendering to the overwhelming forces of my foe ...

I will attain the final victory.
