BYU Volleyball. 1999 NCAA Championship team. Increased attractiveness of the University to potential students based on superior athletic performance. Singular drive to attain Championship became magnet for player cohesiveness that led to team unsurpassed performance.

Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress, Orlando, FL. Hotel doorman and parking valet. 4/98-7/98, 8/97-10/97. Customer Service representative for the most prestigious hotel in Florida. Hyatt selected only the best front line employees to represent the company in the critical first impression area of the hotel. Increased the efficiency of the logistics operation by handling more people and cars efficiently as reorganized the flow of people, transportation, and baggage. Recognized for ultimate customer service by collecting an average of $150/day in gratuities.

Edinburg School System, TX High school basketball and volleyball referee. 8/96 -12/96. Instrumental in the building of recreational programs for this high school of Anglo and Hispanic students. Created programs designed to gain and retain students in the system and reduced the drop out rate significantly. Further students in the program exhibited markedly better academic performance.

Volunteer Missionary Zone Leader. Argentina. June 1994-June 1996
Promoted from individual work to Team leader to District leader and finally Zone leader. Last position gained due to growth of the mission area and exemplified by rebuilding the smallest assigned church from 8 to 25 families; and the effective organization & leadership of 12 mission staff. Effective growth in a highly competitive market (predominantly Catholic) based in part on Spanish language skills, cultural understanding and effective presentations. Increased mission area membership by 56 families, a significant contribution to financial and church population stability.
