Without realizing it you have learned many skills including: conflict management, communication, knowledge of technology and software, the ability to adapt knowledge to different situations, time management, teaching, professionalism, setting boundaries, using information creatively and impactfully, teamwork, and so much more.
By sticking it out, you overcome fears of measuring up to others by understanding what you bring to the table. The work you do may be overlooked but you are able to make a difference through your passion in the pursuit of knowledge. Wherever you end up after this you know that you are confident in your abilities and able to speak up with unmatched literacy skills to achieve your goals.
