Today I live with my family and so it's difficult to wear rubber boots but when my parents don't see me I go into the garage and I put on my rubber boots. On other occasions I use the excuse to wear them when I clean the garden or I wash my car or when I go for a walk and it has rained.

I have never met any other person with my passion for rubber boots. It is not easy to see any body who wears boots. I sometimes see farmers in the country or workers on the building sites when there is deep mud. When I watch television I look for programmes where I can see people wearing rubber boots such as programmes about agriculture, sport (rally & motocross), or during television news when there has been some flooding. I have a colleague at work who wears a pair of brown rubber boots but I don't like them because they are short.

I'm not wearing rubber boots at this moment because my parents are home but I wore them an hour ago. Nora Antons, coloured black, height 39 cm. When I wear them I have my feet in direct contact with the rubber.

I think it's a pity turning down the tops because I like rubber boots in there full height. I like the boots at the knee so that I can walk in deep mud and deep water.

The last time that I wore my boots in the open air was last Sunday. I went for a walk along a muddy path. During my walk I saw a little ditch and I went in with my boots. The water was 30-35 cm. deep. I was excited when the water came up to a few centimetres from the top of my boots. It was also exciting when my rubber boots sank into the soft mud. For me it's a great sensation to have water or mud a few centimetres from the top of the boots. I enjoy feeling the pressure of the water on my boots. I feel a sense of well-being.
