PLOT SYNOPSIS
Sam and George are two university students studying ancient history. they live with Frank, also on their course as well as studying hair maintance BTEC and over-eating 101. Whilst on a field trip to the 'possible' site of a battle ground, their insane weeping professor, Prof.Neffle, is attacked and bitten by what appears to be the undead. So the plague begins to spread. The lads return home to discuss the days events when Lauren, Sam's girlfriend and wanton play-thing, turns up. She is immediately sceptical but a bizarre phone call to the police and a random news report confirms their suspisions that corpses are indeed rising from the grave to be among us.
They decide the best course of action would be to hurry to the pub (owned by mad old Jamaican Pauley), grab some supplies and get back home before too many of the dead are about. A phone call from Linda, George's other half, trapped inside a car, surrounded by zombies, speeds up their response time and before our eyes the lads assemble themselves into a ragtag fighting unit to be reckoned with.
Armed with a cap gun ('it fires little metal balls....'), Uncle Spaniel's sword, two knives and a roast chicken the lads rescue Linda and head off in search of supplies and safety.
Little known to them George's American half-brother Zac and his travelling companion Grouse 'Mac' McDonald have turned up in town for a surprise visit and boy do they get a surprise when they are almost set upon by zombies. The two gangs (George's group and the American's) bump into each other quite by accident and head to Pauley's Pub of wonder.
They get in and out of there in one piece and with a bunch of provisions and head back home where Lauren sits waiting, alone and scared. No sooner have they all arrived home and Stan ( a friend from their course ) turns up bloodied and tired in a flash of thunder and lightening. Appearing not to have been bitten, they let him in and the night passes slowly as they all sit on watch and one by one wait for the morning to come.....
I shall not spoil the end section of the film right now as it is not really fair, until it has been seen but I will leave you with this quote from George:

George - I think what Frank means is, in films, this scenario never works out well for us humans.
Sam - Why what happens?
George - Most of us....         ....we die.
