This is Mike in his Sailor Boy outfit at the Winter Solstice... Note the thin layer of hair adorning his head. This is explained on the Megaformals page at the minute...
And here he is, looking wonderfully like a footie hooligan... not that he isn't perfectly harmless on the football pitch or anything... just suffers from mild psychosis (but he's a defender, so that's what you'd expect :P )
By the start of the second term, his hair had started its long road to recovery, and here at Lucy's party he put it to good use practising his boyband style poses...
Here he is in his true environment - suave, sophisticated and pished...
Happy Birthday Mike - this was a great way to celebrate - the whole box of wine was empty by the end of the evening... and Mike was rather merry :)
As you can tell by this photo I guess :) Jon got rather drunk this night too I guess - hence the reason he's leaning out of shot with a dazed expression. Hang on... Jon ALWAYS had a dazed expression... so perhaps it isn't that unusual...
And here is Mike's new alter ego - Michelle...
After one drunken night he was persuaded that makeup and nail polish would suit him nicely, and Michelle never looked back.
As you can tell, Michelle was at first rather timid, using Pooh Bear and drinks of hot chocolate to shield (h)erself from the harsher sides of femininity (but then, don't most women?)...
Here we can prove that femininity can be fun... but I wouldn't want to try it full time...
Mike was an expert, by the time he left Durham, in the magical process of opening bottles... however, his attempts to use his phone to do so were sadly destined for failure. Never mind Mike...
