Other Information
$90 cleaning fee for all stays less than 5 nights.
$500 damage deposite required for all stays will be returned and not cashed unless problems.
$250 downpayment required to hold reservation, NOT Refundable.
Remaining balance due 4 weeks prior to arrival. If canceled within 2 weeks 50% of rental forfitted.

Check in is 4pm day of arrival and check out is 10:30am departure day. (flexible if no rentors before or after)
Exta charge for more than 8 people $50 a week per person $25 for 3 days or less per person
