Reports from the Maryland vs. Duke game at Cole field house were nothing less than superb. One student who had been present for the huge upset versus #1 North Carolina during the Joe Smith era said the Duke game was even better than that legendary contest!
At the last ever Terps vs Blue Devils game to be played at Cole field house, the excitement spilled over onto the court and into neighboring College Park, MD.
The Swat team was in full effect after the game. On frat row a human shield of students around the traditional bonfire was no match for the batons and shields of our states finest. But that didn't put a damper on the festivities as the Terp loyal celebrated their victory over the top ranked Dukies!
Congrats to the boys and all Terrapin faithful around the world!
