Another blue ke20 engine bay getting prepared for paint The 22 spline T50 can handle a maximum 200hp and has a hydraulic clutch.  A thicker metal plate was welded into the firewall so the firewall wouldn't flex under pressure bog ended up quite good engine with gearbox going in small port red top 4age Fuel system:  Bosch 070 and surge tank Recaro VDO oil pressure gauge and tacho fitted into the original insturment cluster Borg Warner 4.33 open diff from ke55,  will probably need a stronger LSD sometime. Inlet manifolds for small port 4age's are FWD only.  I had mine modified by Thornleigh Cylinder Heads in Sydney's north.  The extractors have been wrapped and painted so it can cook rice! The rear water outlet is from an ae82 4age hatchback which won't protrude as much into the firewall.  The front outlet, thermostat and alternator/bracket was also taken from the 86kw motor.  Both inlet and outlets on the radiator are on the drivers side. I scored a rust free registered stocker the other day, so i've decided to quickly re-register it and swap everything into it instead.
