Propoganda: Promoting the site
I would promote my web site using various ways for example I would use a domain name such as marijuanahelpus.com or weedhelp.com, maybe thc-medically.com. Also I would have my site listed on other sites that share the same view as my site like norml.com and erowid.org. I would put myself in an operating system so I can come up on search engines. Hopefully this will get my site many hits.
