Perfume and White Lace

When he walks in
Their eyes meet across the room
She looks a little unsure
Wearing white lace and perfume
He touches her hand
She touches his face
A soft little smile
Wearing perfume and white lace

He reassures her
With one gentle kiss
Tenderness in his smile
What a feeling this is
His eyes tell her everything
She longs for his touch
But she's a little afraid
To need him this much

Time seems to stand still
Hearts beating fast
Soft whispered words
He holds her at last
Their own little world
A candlelit room
He tells her he wants her
In white lace and perfume

A gentle touch
Her breath on his skin
He opens his eyes
And takes it all in
Nothing else matters
As he calls her name
Lost in the moment
They both feel the same

His hands on her shoulders
Lace falls to the floor
This, she whispers
Is what I was made for
He brushes her hair back
His eyes on her face
He'll always remember her
In perfume and white lace
