It's a long way back
And when the road gets too long
Just reach for my hand
And I'll help you be strong

Look toward the sunlight
Every now and then
For soon you will feel
It's healing warmth on your skin

I see the pain in your eyes
And wish I could take it away
Have faith and it fades
A little more each day

When it's all just a memory
And becomes faded and dim
Lift your eyes toward Heaven
And give thanks to Him.
