She lifts her eyes
To the moonlit sky
In search of answers
To questions never asked

As she holds fast her dreams
For fear that they are lost
If the words are spoken
Yet still she seeks the road
That will lead her home
Sometimes looking back
With fear in her eyes
As she opens yet another door
Never knowing what lies beyond

Her step falters at times
Strength from a silent prayer
Giving her the courage
To follow her heart...
