The Rythem Badge isn't even in a level or Adventure Field. When Tical transports you back in time next to the Tical when it was occupied by the Echidnas (that is another way of saying the past), you will find it there. The rhythm badge lets Tails do his tail spin forever non-stop.
II. Level Cheats
