Everyone learns in a different way!  Find out, as a teacher, which learning style fits you best.  Your personal learning style should provide some insight into your personal teaching style.  Most likely you teach the way you learn best. Educators tend to teach to the learning style they personally learn best from. Becoming aware of your own personal learning strengths as a teacher, allows you to become more sensitive to the individual learning strengths of your students. Attempt to accomodate the learner!  Make it your goal to implement a variety of different strategies in your teaching that target numerous student learning styles.
