Spelling: Visit Spelling Ticklers and partake in a lesson at your individual level. Science: Visit a science exploratium and then record findings in virtual journal. Art: Visit an on-line museum, print off a painting of interest, attempt to copy artist's work. Social Studies: Research a major event in history and retell it in your own words without changing the meaning. Music: Find an online music store and sample some of the merchandise. Create a list of classical music you would like to own. Health: Research a health site on the food groups and create a computer generated menu for a healthy diet. Physical Education: Research a pro athlete and find out how he or she stays so fit and successful at sports. |
