Gibik is the official student publication of 

Marinduque State College. Students entrust their 

literay works at the Office of the Student Affairs 

or by giving it directly to the Editor-in-Chief.

     As of now, Gibik 5 is still on process. 

The adviser is Mrs. Rosalinda Nu�es and the 

present Editor-in-Chief is Ms. Kaye Anne P. Oliva


    The Student Publication Office is one of 

the most important services being provided by

the Office of the Student Affairs(OSA). Its 

establishment is upon concurrence to the provisions 

cited in Republic Act 7079 (An Act Providing for

 the Development and Promotion of Campus Journalism 

and for other Purposes).

    The student publication Office is considered 

a student organization and as such follows 

organization procedures like composition of members, 

recruitment,evaluation, and presence of publication 

head and consultant.

    As privilege, the Editor-in-Chief of the 

Editorial Board receives the benefits of the 

Institutional Scholarship Program, while thier 

members and contributors receive stipend.
