Dear Family and Friends,
Just a quick note to let you know that Tim is doing much better . His pneumonia
is resolving, fever is coming down, and vitals are returning to what is normal
for Tim. It sounds like he will be able to go back to Palm Valley in a couple of
days. He still looks a little pale and tired, but there has been much
improvement over the past couple of days.
I received a very nice letter from the Japanese woman who was driving the van
that struck Tim. I am going to write her back and hopefully send her a Japanese
Bible. Please pray that she will accept it, read it and find comfort from God’s
word. She feels so terrible about Tim.
Today at church, there was a children’s choir production. All three of our kids
were involved. Afterwards, we celebrated Becky’s 17th birthday. It is hard, but
life just continues on….
