Dear Family and Friends,

I know that you all have been wondering what is happening with us. The kids and I have been moving in and unpacking these past few days. It is good to be out of suitcases and boxes. Our internet was hooked up this afternoon, so we are back on line. Here is our new information:

Home Phone: (623) 478- 8421

Carole Cell: (623) 332-2523

Address: 10915 W. Cambridge Ave.

Tim is holding steady. Vitals are very good and his lungs have been really clear. He opens both eyes now when you start talking to him (most of the time) and he moves his left arm, hand, and leg a lot. He still responds inconsistently, but this past week he seemed to try to pucker up when I asked him to. We have a lot of questions for the various doctors, but they are hard to track down so I am hoping to set up a meeting with our case manager to hopefully get our question answered this week. I can't believe that Tim will have been in a coma for 3 months this Thursday.

We're so thankful to be settling into our house.

We have leased a smallish 4 bedroom house in the West Valley. We all agree it's just right for us, except that it is missing one thing- Tim. We hope and pray he'll be able to come home soon.

Our subdivision has many man-made little lakes and we have one of the lakes right behind our back fence. Daniel has been trying so hard to catch a fish since we moved in- but no luck so far.

The Lord was good to us again as both of our household shipments were delivered the day after we moved into the house. My folks were a tremendous help in unpacking and setting up. We were out of boxes in 2 days. Rebecca hooked up both computers, the stereo, TV, VCR and DVD players, and she did it right! Do you suppose I could hire her our?

This whole situation (moving, setting up a household, running all of our family affairs) has been such a learning experience for me. Most of the time I feel like I am supposed to be a jack of all trades when I'm really a master of none. So, I'd appreciate your prayers as I muddle along.

We are amazed- amazed - at God's continual care, provision, and encouragement towards our family. I admit I have been so very tired, wondering how in the world I am going to last the duration of this, but God continually reminds me through His people, and His Word, and answered prayer that He's listening, He cares, and He will provide grace to meet each day's demands.

Lamentations 3:22 and 23 says,

"Because of the Lord's great love we are not consumed, for His compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is Your faithfulness."

In Christ,
Carole
