A place for misc. thoughts about anything matchbox twenty related.

 

The order in which the matchsticks get into the limo in the Mad Season video: Kyle, Adam, Paul, Brian, Rob.

How matchbox twenty formed (in order from the last member to join to the first): Kyle, Adam, Paul, Brian and Rob.

Coincidence? Most likely. But Kyle was the last one to join matchbox twenty and the first one to disappear into the limo. And it continues in the same exact order (of how they one by one made up what was to become matchbox20) until they are all inside the vehicle.

Number of letters in the matchsticks' names:

Kyle = 4

Rob = 3

Paul = 4

Adam = 4

Brian = 5

4 + 3 + 4 + 4 + 5 = 20 ---> matchbox 20 !
