Use 3” X 5” index cards or paper cut into 3”X5” rectangles.
ON THE FRONT
Write one vocabulary term in the center.
Find the Guide for Reading at the beginning of each section of the chapter assigned.
Number each card in the lower right hand corner.
On the top card only write your name, date , period and the chapter
Write the definition of the word as it is used in the chapter. Write the definition in your own words.
On the first card – write your name, date and period in the upper left hand corner.
Number each card on the lower right hand corner. ( No numbers lowers your grade by 25%).
