Conversion Strategy Target the poor and illiterate in the nearest villages in Madurai District. Also target the friends and relatives.

Funding   Sought and get support from the countries that promote conversions. Heavy Cash flow in the form of pounds and dollars from those countries sponsoring conversion (aka non-violent terrorism).

Life Mission defined for the Kids    All are sent to "Bible College" and will be sent to foreign countries to train the Pastors (aka christian terrorists) and then come back to India. After that divide all the villages in and around madurai, virudhunagar, Ramanathapuram disctricts to each other and do the "Oozhiyam" (aka conversion.. aka the christian terrorist acts). Thanks to the funding from foreign countries and the locally converted christians for their support to bring up these kids.

Major Setbacks    Attempt to convert(corrupt)  some of their own family members were failed and foiled.

Lessons learned   If you don't have a job in India, become a Pastor. Converting and Running Christian missionaries are the best business in India and other non-christian nations. There are millions of christian missionaries present to send you dollars and pounds.

Main competitors   Other Christian organisations and missionaries recently started in Madurai and nearby districts.
