To Whom It May Concern at First Chicago Bank in Pilsen,

As per Maria Nino, I am writing to delete two names from the account for the Pilsen Mennonite Voluntary Service Unit, and to add two additional names. This is necessary because the volunteers in this organization change every year. The two volunteers who have left the organization, and whose names should be removed, are Monica Claassen and Merideth Short. The two volunteers who have recently joined the organization, and whose names should be added, are Rita Oswald and Darla Knepp.

All of the aforementioned persons live at 2011 S. Loomis in Chicago. Because these persons are volunteers, they do not have documentation proving address, such as rent receipts or bills in their names. (Maria Nino said that this letter stating their address would suffice.)
