The following is a series of stories that traces the life of Richard Sharpe from his earliest days on the streets of London to his rise from the ranks to become an officer. Many of the stories can be read on their own, however most do build on one another.
The series parallels the wonderful books by Bernard Cornwell and borrows characters and occurrences from those. It also features original characters and incidents that are of my own creation. Throughout the series we see Sharpe's life told from various points of view; sometimes his own, sometimes that of his friends.
These stories will not be to everyone's taste. They are SLASH stories, which mean they include m/m relationships. They propose that Richard Sharpe survived his time on the streets by prostitution and later formed relationships with both men and women. The stories also feature violence, rape, bad language and blasphemy. Some involve characters who would be considered underage by today's standards. If any of theses things offend you or if you are underage then please do not read any further.
