Long time no see!

First of all, I must apologize for not updating this site for four whole months! Things have definitely been busy in the Morrow household! Let me see...where shall I start? How about a monthly recap?

August, was pretty quiet...Meredith started classes again and began slaving away on her Master's thesis. In September, Jonathan's brother (Richard) stayed with us for a few days and we had a lot of fun-- we went to D.C. and did the tourist thing where we saw all of the monuments, including the White House which was the one thing Jonathan and I had not seen in person yet.

In October, Meredith FINISHED her Master's thesis and successfully defended it in front of her thesis committee! She's so close to graduating she can taste her diploma! On the 31st, Jonathan and Meredith went to a local Halloween party dressed as Snow White and Indiana Jones...be sure to check out our Autumn photos to see photos from the party and pictures of the pretty, Fall leaves!

In November, Jonathan turned 25 years old and his mom came up for a SURPRISE visit and took us on a night tour of Washington, D.C. which was incredible! A few weeks later, Jonathan surprised Meredith with a new puppy as an early Christmas present. His name is Oliver and he is an 8 week old Goldendoodle (1/2 Golden retriever and 1/2 Standard poodle). He is such a little smarty pants and is doing really well at potty training already! Since he makes us so happy, we hope to train him as a therapy dog so we can take him to hospitals and nursing homes in the area to help make other people happy as well!

It's just starting to get cold up here and recently ALL of the leaves fell off of the trees- Oliver thinks that each individual leaf is a special toy just for him to chase and play with! We can't wait to use our fireplace for the first time and get our first snow of the year!

Well, that's about it! We're a few weeks away from Thanksgiving and we're anxiously awaiting Turkey day so we can spend the day with Meredith's brother and his family in Ohio. It has been so long since we last saw them, so it will be nice to spend the day eating and catching up with family!

As always, be sure to check out our photo album and blog both of which are updated regularly with entries pertaining to the goings-on in our day-to-day life!

Love you & talk to you soon, Jonathan, Meredith, Chloe & Oliver :)
