The co-ordination in this song is quite hard to master,
all the picking revolves around a Dsus4 chord:

To play the song, I suggest you have flexible fingers.
I hold down the chord of Dsus4 using my index finger
on the 2nd fret of G (A) and my ring finger on the 
3rd fret of B (D), thus my middle finger and little
fingers are free to play the root notes that occur
throughout the song.

This is how to fingerpick to the song. I prefer to use my
thumb to play the root note and the 2nd fret on G (A), but
maybe that's just me. Anyway, I don't want to tab out the
plucking pattern for the whole song, the only thing that
changes is the root note. I don't want this to sound 
confusing, but you have to listen to the recording to
see what I'm on about and what to play and when.
