Romeo is in the Capulet Orchard, hidden from Juliet, who is on her balcony, talking out loud about how great she thinks Romeo is.  Romeo overhears all this, and jumps out and surprises her.  They talk a bit and agree to get married as soon as possible.  Romeo then heads off to Friar Lawrence to see if he will marry them.
