MICROWAVE SUSHI


Rice:
- 1 cup of rice washed until water is clear
- Enough water to cover the rice 3/4 inch.
- 1/2 cup sugar - 1 tsp rice wine vinegar

====== Mix ingredients and microwave the rice for about 15 minutes in a large glass bowl. Cook for another 5 minutes if the rice is still a little wet. Let the rice cool down then take more rice wine vinegar and mix it in.


The rest of the sushi roll:
- 2 pieces of sushi seaweed.
- sliced carrots
- 1 avacado sliced
- smoked salmon
- 1 sqrft of plastic wrap
====== Place the seaweed on the plastic wrap. Put the rice on a little less than half of the seaweed. Put in ingredients and tightly roll. Use a serrated knife and cut up into pieces.
