PEKING DUCK

Duck baste:
- 1 tsp maltose
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp distilled white vinegar.
- 1 tsp rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp red wine vinegar
====== Mix ingredients and microwave for 10-14 seconds to dissolve the maltose on the spoon that just would not come off.
