TURKS AND CAICOS COMMUNITY COLLEGE

MISSION
The mission of the College is to provide post-secondary and continuing education for school leavers and adults, in order to promote their personal and professional development, and the economic development of the Turks & Caicos Islands.
OBJECTIVES
- Provision of A-Level Associate Degree type, and other pre-University programmes including teacher education programmes.
- Provision of academic upgrading, technical and vocational programmes to remedy academic deficiency, and to prepare students for employment.
- Provision of programmes of benefit to working adults to improve their job efficiency and advance their careers, as well as programmes of general education and cultural interest.
- Collaborating with internationally accredited institutions in offering Bachelors Degree programmes.
- Engaging in co-operative research activities of relevance to the community, within the competence and resources of the College.
- Maintaining internationally acceptable academic and professional standards appropriate to a further education institution.
