So far as I know is this the first authentic Queen recording around on this moment. A must for every queenfan to have in his/her collection. And we got 'Deacon John' on bass guitar!

Mr Scully

Recorded for BBC; a complete version of this show is impossible to get but it DOES exist. Probably the very first Queen show to be in "public" hands. This particular recording includes presentor's speech between some songs and he also introduces the band ("...Deacon John on bass..."). Rare stereo recording in almost excellent quality.

This concert at Golders Green Hippodrome, London is a must for every Queen fan. The band is starting to get some major recognition and this gig was recorded by the BBC. There is like a "host" of the show between the songs with details, like who has written the next song and so on. He says Queen is "one of the brightest newcomers in the rock at the moment". Sound quality is Excellent - although the instruments are just a biit louder than the vocals.
