Left to right(top to bottom): Tsukino, Kano, Tsubasa, Kouzma, Hirouki, guy from yin yang(I think), same(Ithink), Tsubasa's father, Kazouma's mother, Maho, high school boys who try to ask Tsukino and Kano out(i think), Souichirou, Yukino, Kare Kano logo, Pero Pero, one of Asaba's girlfriends(I think), Souichirou's aunt and uncle(his foster parents), Asaba, Tsubaki, Aya, don't know, sensei(the one that tried to get Souichirou and Yukino to stop seeing each other, Aya and Rika(Aya is the one smoking, Tonami, another sensei(I think), don't know the rest.  Whew!
