Date of Benefit -- Eoantos (November) 19th, in the year 5105
Time of Benefit -- 9:30 Elven standard time in the evening (EST)
* Fees must be paid on the night of the Benefit to the Founder of Elanthian Elegance (EE), Jolena
Zrenigotham, before you can enter your design.
* Designs are limited to five items, including jewelry and shoes.
* All designs must be Harvest/Autumn themed in nature.
* Categories for the designs are as follows: Casual Wear and Evening/Formal Wear
* In order for a design to qualify for entry, it must have at least one altered piece that was designed
by the entrant themselves. The rest can be off-the-shelf items. No alterations purchased from other
players are allowed whatsoever, so as to preserve the meaning and theme of 'Stylish Originals' for
the event.
* Designs must be presented for modelling to the EE at least one hour before the benefit runs. All
designers must be present at the benefit to participate.
* Designs must be the entrant's own, not someone else's work. EE will not be providing the altered
items for you, you *must* provide your own items so start designing and getting them done now!
,All credit will be given to the designer during the display of their items by an anouncer provided by
EE.
* EE will provide a model for all entrants OR they may provide it for
themselves/model their own designs. There is no charge for EE to provide a model. Designers
have the choice of which EE model they wish to display their designs.
* All applications must be recieved by email at [email protected] by no later than
November 12, 2005 at midnight. Anything received past that will not be accepted. Please title
all applications with 'Submission for Solhaven Benefit' in the subject line. Applicants will receive
notice of the receipt of their application within 48 hours.
* Three winners will be chosen by a panel of judges; 1st, 2nd, and 3rd, with the grand prize for
1st being an original, unaltered Harvest themed Nalea gown.
