- Spearheaded the sourcing and full product development (proposal, SW/HW/Mechanical/ Packaging integrations, CAS validations , Broadcasting tests, field tests, productions, up to shipments) of satellite and cable receivers together with big Korean companies including Samsung Electronics and Hyundai Digital technology.
- Provided Head Office Managers with full techno-commercial awareness on every Korean Satellite Industry undertakings by submitting to Purchasing and R&D Heads, bi-weekly reports.
- Acted as main trainee on hardware troubleshooting and repair of every newly developed STBs and manages effective transfer of knowledge to Middle East based service center technicians.
- Strengthened the Company’s Electronics Division by being the Main Sourcing Engineer of a big number of highly innovative electronics items from Korea. (E.g. VoIP Phones, DVD-STB combos) .
- Regular Coordination with Dubai Headquarters on all technical problems and commercial setbacks happening with current-running products and immediately follows-up each point with suppliers for fast and reliable solutions. Had Set-up a Testing Room with Asiasat 2, Agila, and Apstar.

- Localized Hardware, OSD, and operation algorithm of two Eurostar-owned models namely AD-7300 (OEM: Integra Telecom) and Eurobox 9000 2CI (OEM: Samsung Electronics), which is based on Sti5512/STi5518 chip solutions. Currently, total sold units in the market of both models combined is now reaching 220,000 pieces.
- Detected and Stopped long lists of technical faults on duly developed models and newly upgraded software versions and thus preventing 90% of the problem before any product or software is introduced in the market. Eurostar testing is well recognized by Korean Suppliers for the most comprehensive and in-depth testing procedures especially on C.I. and Tuning Part.
- Sits beside Customer Service Division (Quality Control, Spareparts, Service Centers), Middle East Branches, and Zonal Dealers and imposes systems and rules for least technical complain and most importantly, timely delivery of solution from supplier to every field problem that arises.
- Regularly Updates the Official Eurostar Website.
