First of
all: Sorry for my crappy English! J I am from Germany and hope you understand me.
Okay, here
we go:
The chapter
with which a case starts is always printed in bold print. Chapters which
contain both the end of the previous and the beginning of the next case count
as ”beginning chapters“.
When a
Japanese Anime episode is marked as (1h) or (2h), then it means that in Japan
this episode was sent as a one or two hour long special.
The black
borders divide the list into volumes – but I guess you already figured that
out. J
As you can
see, not all the chapters are of different colours. This is because I do not
know some of the chapters yet so I cannot say what happens there. But I always
appreciate a little help. J
The
categories have a ranking – what that means? J Simple: A category which is higher in this
list is… um, “better” than a lower category. What I want to say here is that
cases in which for example the Detective Boys help the police of Tokyo go into
the „Police“ category. And when members of the Syndicate fight the members of
the FBI it counts as „Syndicate“. 'cause it's higher in the list. All right? J
à
most of the cases which Shinichi takes part in
à or
cases which are important for the background story
à or
cases with so many important characters that you cannot put them into any
particular category
à
many of them contain the momentary climax of a story (such as the cases of vol.
26 or 42)
à all
cases related to the Men in Black
à
also cases in which members of them are very important (although Ai-cases are
rather „Detective Boys“-cases)
à all
cases related to the FBI
à
also cases in which members of the FBI are very important, even if the FBI is
not even mentioned (such as Jodie’s first appearance, etc.)
à all
cases in which members of the police of Tokyo are very important (these are
mostly the Takagi/Sato-love stories)
à I
think this one is pretty clear J
à cases in which he is rather
important
à
also cases in which other Osakans are very important (Kazuha etc.)
à
cases in which they show up and are very important
à
cases in which she shows up and is important
à
cases in which they are very important (I just got the feeling that I always
say the same things… J)
à
cases in which Ran nearly finds out who he is
à
also cases which are somehow related to his past
à
although she shows up pretty often, most of these cases go into others
categories
à
this means that ”Sonoko“ only stand for the “left over” cases J
à all
cases without special important persons
à most of them are cases in which Ran, Kogoro or unknown persons are
very important
