This document constitutes a legal and binding Agreement between You, (Herein referred to as READER) and MINDBANQ, LLC on today's date.
READER agrees no to disclose any proprietary information regarding MINDBANQ without express permission of SAME (and in context of such permission). READER also agrees not to compete directly or indirectly with MINDBANQ, LLC within the context of this Agreement, or to make available learned knowledge of MINDBANQ, in any form, to competitors.
MINDBANQ, LLC agrees to provide the services referenced hereafter in a fair and diligent manner on the behalf of READER.
MINDBANQ, LLC does not guarantee the security of documents in the public or private domain, but will continue to strive for the ultimate in preventive maintenance and chronological validation on the behalf of all clients.
MINDBANQ, LLC is the express owner of the above trademark
and logo: including the green kite and the Q-key, as well as the
