The rich owner of the only airship in the world likes to fly and he likes to gamble, too. When Setzer joins your party, you'll be able to use his airship to travel to remote parts of the world. You'll also gain a worthy fighting partner.
Setzer's slot attack is a bit of a gamble. When he uses it, the wheels of a slot machine appear and start spinning. the results of the spin determine the nature of the attack. With the relic Coin Toss equiped, Setzer's slot ability is replaced by GP Rain. This is certain to attack enemies for about 1500 points total, but it takes the total ammount of damage and subtracts that from your GP.
