| In my opinion, having the first pick gives you an automatic 3 point advantage. Faulk is so much better than the next RB. It's embarrassing to have pick #1 and not win the league. Wow. This one shocked me. It's not terrible, but I would never use the #2 pick for Garcia. You'll notice that he is a 10 point QB though. I don't think I would have even taken Warner here. Solid pick here. Faulk, Green, and Alexander seem to be on a different level than other RBs. I like Green over Alexander only because of experience and consistent production. Great pick by Riley. Unfortunately, he couldn't make the draft because of car trouble. We'll see if this plays into his defensive picks later... Another nice pick. He is the QB to own. I bet Weasels didn't expect Warner to fall all the way to 5. Another shocker of a QB pick. Culpepper is a stud QB, but he's not first round material. This is where these picks officially change from random into a QB rush. Jake, not to be outdone, provides us with an even bigger shock of a QB pick. I realized that I might get Manning here, and subsequently vomited in a fit of anxiety. I'm not quite convinced of Holmes' value. I think he had a career year, and until he can show those numbers consistently, I'm astayin' off the Holmes-Mobile. I returned from my ralphing just in time to use my pick for Manning. Manning should definitely not have been the 5th QB taken in this draft. Period. Breaks open the can of receivers. Good pick, if that's what he wanted, and since he did it, I can only assume he did want it. In the ass. |

| The last stud QB is gone, with the first pick of the second round. Wow. A huge rush is about to start on the RBs, but that doesn't phase Crabby. He plunges in and makes sure he gets his man. I considered Ricky Williams for a long time here, and even had Williams higher in my rankings, but I'm not convinced. Martin is so insanely consistent, I decided he had to be my back. Great value here. I think Moss will reclaim his spot atop the receiver pool. Moss is so good. Oy. I knew he was going to get some ridicule with this pick. The thing is, it's not devestating to his team. Bruce is still good. Better than Harrison? Better than Horn? Boston? Holt? Keyshawn? No. But good. Good pick here. I would have had to consider Ricky Williams a lot harder here. I might have taken Dillon too, but LT2 is supposedly going to have a big year. Watch how good George is this year. Put this together with Kurt Warner and you have an extremely powerful core. I bet this ends up being one of the best QB-RB combos in our league. Oy. I wish I had been there for this pick. Definitely the best backfield in our league. The only better one possible consists of a man from SDSU. Whuh? Where'd Phil go? Great pick for a guy considering taking his own life while he watches AOL sodomize him with a cactus. Right before this pick, he said "watch me make the steal of this draft". Sorry. The steal of the draft can't happen in the second round. Good pick, but he should get some RB depth. I knew the Broncos would be overrated in this draft. Boston, Horn, Keyshawn, and Moulds are better in my opinion. I hope he takes an RB next (too early for QBs available right now). |
