| A Dream I had a dream the other night, that I wanted to tell you about; I was standing at a railing, watching the water cascading over a beautiful rock fall. A soft rain was pattering a rhythm on the pavement all around me. Strangers huddled beneath umbrellas or inside their coats, hurried past as I stood there totally unnoticed. He silently walked up behind me; I could sense him there even before I felt his breath upon my neck. I closed my eyes and breathed in the essence of him. His hand appeared before me, holding a velvety deep red rose. As I slid its long stem from his fingers to bring its softness to my wet cheek, his palm pressed flat against the front of my wind-breaker, pressing my spine into his hard chest. He lowered his head and pressed his lips against my neck, sending shivers all the way down to my toes. As I was wondering if this all really was a dream, hoping that it wasnt, he turned me and found my panting lips with his own. The kiss was deeper than any I had ever experienced. As our tongues met, a white-hot spark charged through both of us, to explode somewhere deep within our loins. The kiss took both of our breath away, but we could only stand to separate for an instant, to gulp in a sustaining breath. Soon, we were blissfully exploring the heated recesses yet again. We traced the contours of strong teeth, tasting the warm moisture, pressing into the soft firmness of protected tissues. We tasted each other as deeply as humanly possible and reveled in the pure ecstasy of the sensation. He grasped the back of my head, gently pulled it back to expose my throat to his hungry mouth. Softly, he sucked upon the tender flesh, grazing it lightly with his teeth. He lowered his head further, to trace his tongue along the hard ridge of my collarbone as he pulled the fabric out of the way. Raising his lips to find mine once more, he whispered into my breath, I need you! Oh my sweet, I need you! I woke from this dream, panting, wishing it had continued, wishing myself back to sleep in the hopes of finding him again. But alas, he was gone! A fantastic phantom, who exists purely within the realm of dreams, but oh my what a dream! |
