Meiosis Worksheet-This is an interactive, hands on model of the process of Meiosis using Play-Doh.  It is effective at demonstrating recombination and crossing over.  However, space constraints eliminate the modeling of centrosomes and microtubules.

Town Meeting-This is a work sheet designed to simulate a town meeting.  This particular town meeting was to discuss the effects of opening a new deep coal mine in the area.  However, it could be easily adapted to almost any situation.
