There is a database for reunions and finding comrades located at VETS National Archives.

The WWII U.S. Veterns Website is dedicated to keeping WWII veterans in contact and the memory of WWII alive.

The Vet.Com also is a comprehensive source of veteran-related information including benefits, news and reunions. It also has great links to other veterans pages.

The VFW Post 5985 shares it's facility with The American Legion Post 552, who pay their share of the operating expenses of the building and lounge. More information may be obtained from Jerry Henson, the commander of the Post. The American legion headquarters also has lots of information available on its home page including membership requirements which differ from that of the VFW.
