Food Intake for a 24 Hour Period

This table was design to help you record the estimated calorie intake for the food that you consume in a 24-hour period. Procedures:

  1. During a 24-hour period list all foods you consume in the table provided.
  2. Define the manufacture's serving size
  3. Describe the amount of serving sizes you consumed for each food
  4. Calculate the calorie intake for each food consumed
