John and his RC Gliders
This is a crudely constructed page for now.
When I get time I will put in frills, bells, and whistles.
Me and my Skeeter.

Just so you know what I look like. Not the most flattering picture.
First Plane - MAD Highlander

This was right after I built it. Note the neat blue & green forward section of the fuselage.

This was after I flew it about a year. Note (through the grass) that the forward section of the fuselage is no longer blue - lots of repair/strengethening tape. Tape is my friend!
Skeeter wing under construction.

I used this wing propping-up method gleaned from RCSE archives to construct and attach the wing panels at the proper dihedral. My work area is sloppy, but the wing construction is not!
Skeeter Ready2Fly

Newly built - 12.8oz. Later repairs added an ounce.
Skeeter Fuse/Tail failure.

For even the gentlest of dork landings the fuse would break just in front of the leading edge of the tail group. It was easy to CA back together and keep flying, but eventually I fiberglassed that area.
Flying Preparation Area.

The pickup bed as a field workbench.
