I believe that Quality can be a major driving force in the sucess and growth of a business. If this is the case, then why does the Quality proffession not have a high standing within the business community? I believe that the answer is that the Quality proffession has lost its way. We have lost sight of the goal, which is to achive zero defects. We are constantly introducing new fads and concepts which are in fact taking us further away from our goal. My view is that within the Quality proffession we have the necessary tools to achive Zero Defects. We don't need to invent new tools and programs, we just need to relook at the way that we are applying our existing tools.  This web site has come about out of the research that I am conducting in order to support my thesis.

I have tried to make this web site entertaining by using images which I have collected from the internet over the years.
