Nermal
Nermal calls himself (yes, himself) the "Cutest Kitty Cat in the Whole Wide World." He often flaunts his cuteness while he taunts Garfield about his looks and age. But Garfield gets in his licks: he once mailed Nermal to Abu Dhabi, but it failed because the mailman told Jon that he had insufficient postage. Nermal was introduced on September 3, 1979, as a kitten belonging to Jon's parents, but that connection was quickly dropped. Now he simply wanders into Garfield's house to annoy him, such as this moment from July 3, 1999.
